This Pega Business Architect course will teach you everything you need to know about Design Thinking, and the ability to participate in the design, construction of a Pega Application. And you’ll learn from the ground up, so it doesn’t matter how much experience you have when you start.

You’ll be exposed to design thinking methods, approach and requirement gathering techniques, but more importantly, you’ll learn how to actually apply these abstract concepts by articulating the business problem statement, use-cases and assist Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) for solution design.

You’ll also get hands-on experience developing a product backlog, alignment with Pega features, and design thinking artefacts. Thiswill give you the confidence to pursue similar projects if you’re already a business analyst and want to enhance your understanding from the architecture perspective to transform as Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA).
